Spurs vs. Palace

I can see palace getting something off stoke. Hughes has a reputation for starting slow. While I think spurs stayed in their lowest gear and played like a team that felt they'd won and scoring to win the game was a formality, I can see palace players taking a lot of heart from the fact the score line showed only 1-0. Coupled with stoke maybe not seeing palace as a threat so not approaching the game in the right frame of mind...

On the other hand, I suppose it may be harder for palace to be as up for the game against stoke as they were for spurs, first home game of the season on the back of taking it to Liverpool.

I think Palace will get stuffed at Stoke. Stoke may be a poor team by EPL standards, but they've still got players Palace can only dream of. What would Palace do to have Crouch or Jones upfront? Or Begovic in goal? Or a centre-back pairing of Huth and Shawcross? This is why I'm so sure Palace are heading towards a dismal points total. They're not "in" the mini-league at the bottom, there is actually clear daylight between them and those in it.

I wouldn't want Crouch or Jones up front over Chamakh. Not a chance. A few more signings and we'll have a decent chance of staying up.

And you'll most definitely get that wish of yours, of that I think we're all agreed. Now in the spirit of entente cordiale how about granting us all our wish - namely that you pay your gambling debt to the REMF you welching little toad.

So that leaves 4,000 odd posts between 5 of you. The fact that you don't find that cringeworthy and that you seem to be claiming some kind of moral superiority over another troll because he's not a Palace fan on a Brighton forum means that you really don't know your arse from your elbow when it comes to what is and isn't embarrassing.

Of course, this is confirmed by the fact that you are still trolling a site for a team you claim is way below you. You sad, sad man.

I was not trying to claim moral superiority over anyone, I leave that sort of thing to unfulfilled people like yourself. I do not care about what your perception of embarassing is, I have my own views on that and put it this way, I would rather be me.
As for you thinking I am sad, it affects me not in the slightest, I am perfectly happy with my lot in life so if you think that the opinion of you bothers me at all then you are dopier than I actually gave you credit for. Anyway I have to go as I am going to watch the highlights on MOTD, why dont you watch you're team? whoops, sorry :lolol:

Love and kisses as always buzzer

Yes. I would. More of a goal threat, and handy to have in case shit kicks off.

Not to mention that he has scored more on his own than Palace have ALL season! Humiliating. :jester:

On the highlights Palace looked better than both Hull (second best) and Cardiff.

Spurs were no better at shooting than the Albion but there came was played at a greater pace, it seemed.

I tried to watch it on my computer but I got bored. Spurs need Bale to give that extra creativity.

Yes the fact we got promoted is totally irrelevant, how stupid we must all feel

I never said that. Fair play to u in the play offs. Granted the 2 teams u played who were factually better than u didn't turn up but that's football. Of course the lottery of the play offs helped u as u didn't deserve to go up on the normal season.

Either way can u stop ur obsession with quoting me and perhaps have a good hard look at ur life as all u seem to do is post on nsc  Literally all through Sat night and Sun morning uve spent on nsc. I'm embarrassed for u :ffsparr: Now kindly leave me alone on MY team's message board there's a good lad Nigel
