There's little being reported on the BBC or mainstream press about this (i.e. the value of the ruble vs USD). What does this actually all mean in real terms? The answer is probably obvious but I have read conflicting articles about this over the last few weeks and I'd have expected it to be more widely reported on if its impact is likely to be considerable.
