Rumour seems to be next week
China does not want the " Sheen " knocked off their Winter Olympics..give it another 10 days before Russia is " Forced" in to invading Ukraine because of NATO reaffirming their commitment to stand together against an invading force...ie, Russia!

Would it stop Putin if NATO withdraws all troops on Russian border

or put another way, would a strategic win make Putin withdraw troops? probably, at the cost of weakening the NATO alliance.

If it happens it will obviously be impactful but I think the whole "third World War" fears are a bit exaggerated, it would take something more "important" than "just" Ukraine for that to happen

No. He'd waltz in regardless.

Anyway, nothing will happen until after the FALSE FLAG he'll organise.

The sanctions will need to destroy their economy if he tries anything.

In a sliding doors moment, a potential PM and Home Secretary have already nailed their 'who's to blame' colours firmly to the mast ..

This is all incredibly sad, its important to remember that NATO, is a mutual DEFENCE alignment and would never be able to agree, or facilitate an invasion of Russia. Try to imagine a Tug of War between NATO and Russia...every time NATO falters a little due to not being 100% focused, Russia, picks up the slack in the rope and pulls a tad harder picking up the slack dropped by NATO...

We have to stand firm 100% together or Putin wins inch by inch, remember Crimea, remember eastern Ukraine

A teeny tiny voice, at the back of my head, can't stop saying:-

'wouldn't be happening if Trump were still in charge across the pond'.

Yes and no.

Yes, it would make things easier. Russia is more threatened by the West than vice versa.

No, since they want control over Ukraine for various natural resource reasons,

NATO would not only need to withdraw troops but also accept Russia controlling Ukraine through "soft power" which isnt too likely at the moment though I think some European countries would be in favour of that compared to a conflict. But the US has a massive say in this.

Expect False Flags, fith columnists, Asymmetric warfare, cyber attacks and chaff and attacks on soft communication and transport hubs and propaganda. Putin has got away with all this before and will try to do so again...Remember Flight MH17 and how he got away with that!

That's certainly the line being peddled from Moscow but how exactly is 'the West' threatening Russia compared to all their belligerent actions eg interfering in democratic elections, murdering citizens with radioactive poisons etc?

Sounds like a premium rate 'This Morning' poll.

“You say, we invade”

“There are good people on both sides”

Mind you he probably doesn’t even know where Ukraine is

As one of the opportunities that could truly bring NSC together, I hope desperation doesn't encourage someone to make a complete and utter fool of themselves ... oh
