Anything longer than 6 month contract and I’ll hang my hat on Sanchez being the new West Ham number one next season after Chelsea let him go

Does Fab have a mental block to what happened in the previous game? Lamptey is having his best spell at the club this season forgotten about on Saturday. Enciso also was a threat v Villa didn’t get a look in.
I don’t know about this guy he drops and starts players for no particular reason. All seems very amateur hour.
Mmmm yes, its a bit puzzling at times. When I saw line up at villa I was thinking a tonking was on the way but we drew deservedly so. Lamptey was my man of match but as you say, wasn't played Saturday🤷‍♂️. Having said that we got a draw from a title challenger so Fab knows more than I do🙂

Squad rotation during the notoriously busy festive period? I half expected it

Both fantastic managers for us, ended badly with both of them. I am not takings sides, both were excellent for, us one latterly and one early on

Both gave up on us
Can you remember any manager in the history of our club for whom it ended well?

Someone (I think it was Enoch Powell) once wrote that all political careers end in failure.
Almost all managerial careers end in acrimony.

When it doesn't it is because the manager bails out due to ill health (Fergy),
or is kept on beyond their sell-by date due to sentiment like Joe Biden.

So you’d have played Lamptey instead of Veltman against Arsenal? Odd thing to criticise Fab for…

Pretty sure I read somewhere that RDZ was sacked (there’s a long thread about it), so can we be sure that he gave up on us?
I'm not having that.
Not for an attosecond.

You have absolutely no idea why these players didn't feature.

Hang on.....no....I have it!

"Lamptey was great today. I know what I'll do. I will drop him for no reason,
Just so @Justice on NSC can call me out for being a clueless arse"

That has to bit it. Phew!

I actually preferred the 1-0 win against Man Utd under Hughts.
Knockhaert was unplayable and the atmosphere was rocking.
Our last three PL managers all provided great moments and some not so good ones.
Do you think it's a game of two halves?

If I get any more of this inspirational analysis from you I may have to volunteer to come round your house to help you with a bit of DIY.
Plumbing, electrics, I am sure I could do a job.
I have absolutely no knowledge, insight or experience of these trades, but I have something far more important than that.
Certainty.

And, also, you would love my bantz.

Deal?
