Of course they are allowed to carry out their protests. However so are the people that choose to protest against them.
No, sometimes they are not allowed the right to protest.........

The irony of the mealy mouthed great unwashed all demanding their right to demonstrate at a funeral is plain for all to see, not least because these would largely be the same group of people seeking to restrict other peoples' right (such as the EDL) to express their political expression as it does not align with own ideology.
We'll see how committed these people are to freedom of expression and right to assembly at next week's March For England down the seafront.
