Because the club clearly don’t know how to be sustainable. We let Ali Mac go for a fraction of his value and he left with our blessing and the majority here were pleased he got the move he wanted. We are getting players in (as we speak) based on the idea that we can give them game time and opportunities for more money at bigger clubs down the track. This is our USP and it is what we can use to tempt players to the club in place of ridiculous wages.

Its a jokey comment because players often lose their pace in their mid thirties. Pascal never had any so he doesn't have any to lose. So age isn't terribly important in this sense.
