If they get drawn against the easiest oppo in the next round again, I'd say yes. It's also all they have to play for.

Totally agree but under the current rules for subjective decisions such as handballs or fouls the ref has to be sent to the screen and shown the evidence themselves as the final decision always lays with the on field ref.

For factual errors, like ball out of play or offside VAR can make the decision themselves without the need for the ref to go to the screen.

I know the rules require it, but it’s pointless - needs to be changed.
