Another SB this week as I managed to knock 9 seconds off of last week's time with 20:33 and 71.21% AG.

Good news for @Bad Ash as his 17:38 PB gives a well deserved 79.79%. @Curious Orange continues his stream of SBs with a fine 20:33.
Calde is unable to make the table as he failed to produce a barcode and rules are rules even for legends.

Mojo is flying. Calf issue seems over after 3 years, fingers crossed. Lost 11lbs through cross training. Had a week not drinking. Had a few days easy. Volunteered to pull out of tonights over subscribed 5000m track race. Shagging handles gone. Adrenaline flowing already.

Over 60's 800m at Lewes Masters tonight. Odds on for last place but if I can find 5 seconds on last months not so fit 2:47 I'll get my first ever 80% AG that wont count for the Table.

Official times not in but my 2:45 or 2:44 final 800m of the year is 2 or 3 seconds out for an 80% AG.
Came second to last, had a good elbow fight with the eventual winner at the start as I refused to give him the inside of the track. Otherwise could only find 3 seconds on my SB.
Could do better but not a bad attempt.

Anyone else following the machine that is Dan Lawson and his attempt to break the record for running the three peaks - and running between them? A total of 450 miles in five days and he's got 80-odd to go!

I see him on my runs about once or twice a week and am always a bit in awe of him!

20:36 around Stoke Park today, not a season's best, but enough to bag my first top ten finish since 2019.

I'm happy with that, especially given that it is very rare for me to run three consecutive days.

Hi @knocky1 been meaning to update my time for a while. Managed 17:39 on hove prom park run 3 weeks ago, could well be as good as it gets!. Need to work on 10k time next! Cheers!

Was a good one for me though, my Parkrun PB of nearly three years finally beaten, took 19 seconds off my previous best and now down to 20.14. First in age category too along with a first visit to the 70's with AG @ 70.10. Pushing towards 500 Parkruns and still getting quicker

To be clear though, that's not the truth. They didn't ask, they just announced on Tuesday it was cancelled. They didn't ask for help, they just announced it was cancelled. It's very strange and not something I've ever seen before from any other parkruns. There was no appetite to get the parkrun on - presumably every single person from the core team is away but was there really no time to arrange for someone who understands how to process the results to be Run Director and pack the roster with ad-hoc volunteers? They just decided to cancel it. Very, very strange.
