Been there from the start, and seen me along my journey.
My 500 hundred tomorrow and I really don't feel like celebrating this now.

Watched 26.2 Miles to Life on BBC iPlayer last night. About the 1000 Mile running club organising training for a marathon for inmates at San Quentin Prison near San Francisco. The main three runners in the documentary are in for manslaughter.
1000 mile have had 45 of their running groups released from prison without one re offender at present.

No, but my daughter has qualified for the UK Inter-Counties cross-country championships, being held just outside Nottingham on 8th March.
