Can any recommend a flat, fairly long (> 0.5m), fairly quiet area to run in Haywards Heath?

I need to do some "tempo" running as part of my Runna plan and I'm hoping there is somewhere suitable around here.

Jobs Lane (by the Hickstead Hotel)…..couple of laybys you can park in and almost completely flat and very little traffic.
