I'd rather eat cyanide than watch Spurs week in week out.

Is the correct answer.

It's the club of choice for those that don't really like football - a 'big' club that they feel won't get them into arguments with other fans because they are unthreatening. Generally their followers know nothing about football other than what's immediately under their nose (there's nothing of interest outside the big 6) and they appear hurt to find out that Spurs isn't everyone's favourite 2nd team. Everyone loves Spurs, right?

I genuinely have no idea what their fans base their sense of entitlement on - aside from the league cup (twice maybe?), what have they won since 1991? Their inclusion in the ESL wantawaywanker 6 was hilarious.

The best thing about the club for me is Levy - he actually seems to make a stand against ridiculous wage inflation and agent influence, despite it resulting in losing out on players and therefore annoying the entitled fans. As a business, the club seems pretty well run.

Top post MJ. Spurs and Arsenal fans are peas in a North London pod (i.e. twats)

Arsenal can at least point to a few more significant trophies in the last 30 years (but yes, their fans are massive bellends too)

I do find it funny that managers are sacked these days for losing to Man United.

Yeah I am being precious. My great uncle fought in Burma and was given a cyanide pill in case of capture by the Japanese, as were many.

Ok. Pretty standard for that era tbh, especially for Spies in occupied territories. Still a bit harsh having a pop at Swanny though!

So, you've gone from wtf has cyanide got to do with 11/11 to pretty standard for that era tbh..... right. Anyway, never mind I am just being precious as you say. Pray forgive me for having a pop at your Swanny (vom), the gobshite from Sweden (debatable and contested neutrality in WW2 and all).

Ooh what a lovely person you are. Your great uncle would be proud.

I never imagined Antonio Conte would take on Spurs as he has been frequently rumoured to go to pretty much any big club. He is known for ****ing off any time he doesnt get what he wants, whether it be signings or performances from players, so I'm really struggling to see what he can do in Spurs where he will get neither. Its a weird choice from him if it happens and it is (yet another) weird choice from Spurs.

It's not about 11/11, it's about that massive chip on your own shoulder.

(not sure what any of these mean)

If anyone else made that throwaway "I'd rather eat cyanide than watch Spurs" comment, you wouldnt have cared and you know it.

When you reach ludicrous pay levels like 16m a year, All sanity goes out the window. Even if he fails (which he will) no one will judge him on it. And he pockets 32 million.

Wrong, I think it's a stupid comment near 11/11 and I may be the only person in the world to think so, I have already agreed I am being precious about it, I don't care.
