Paratici finally seems to have done something right. If Levy shuts his mouth, opens his cheque book and allows Paratici and Conte to get on with the job then Spurs might have a chance of arresting their slide.

SpursWeb is reporting Conte has handed Levy a shopping list of Brozovic and de Vrij of his old club Inter, then Juventus pair Chiesa, de Ligt and AC Milan defender Romagnoli. That would be bad news for the likes of Dier, Sanchez and Rodon.

I don't see it. Just my opinion

De Ligt and Chiesa, and probably De Vrij, are moving somewhere better than Spurs if they move at all. Clubs in the CL league would definitely want them if they are in fact available

Conte does have significant pulling power. But i'm not sure that much

West Ham are 5 points ahead in the final 4th place Champions League spot, Man Utd are just 2 points ahead in 5th. If Conte is given money in January then he will think 4th place is achievable - if he didn't then why bother coming on an 18 month contract played entirely outside of the Champions League?

Conte will see it like that I presume. I just don't think those players identified need to take a risk on Spurs when there are other clubs who will pay just as much who are much likelier to be successful. Or they can stay where they are and be in the CL.
