I don't think Potter or Hassenthal will be that tempted. Levy has no patience - he will want results immediately. Anyone taking that gig will be there a year tops, then they start again.
Levy has the stadium, a loyal (albeit cocksucker) fanbase and everything ready to go if he can accept some 'building' years.

As much as Potter is doing a terrific job (along with Bjorn and Billy who get overlooked on here), I am not convinced anyone benefits from Potter moving to a bigger club if that club is Tottenham Hotspur.
Spurs probably have an inferior scouting network for a start, and doubtless need root and branch changes throughout their organisation. Potter would turn up and find he wasn't given the tools he needed to progress, in stark contrast to life here.
Meanwhile, we'd doubtless end up with a slightly inferior manager ourselves and would drop back to a more natural place in the Premier League pecking order.

That particular route of explaining a mangers tools at hand would mean TB gave GP a massive kick in the teeth by selling White for £50m and buying Cucurella for £15m.
The Board handed Hasenhuttll £40m of new players this summer alone.

The problem Spurs have are two- Levy and Kane. Once Kane declared he wanted out they should’ve sold. But Levy is arrogant.
They could’ve given Nuno a decent amount of money to spend, rebuilt a little and started the season afresh. It was abysmal management from the top, even without mentioning the debacle over actually appointing a manger in the first place.
I just can’t see Potter given up what he has for that mess. From what I can see Potter has bought in to the clubs vision and seems quite happy to honour his contract- he’s very young and if we get to where we want to be in 4 years he’ll be able to take his pick.

I know a lot of the figures are BS generally on various websites, but both Potter and Hasenhüttl are supposedly on around £1m per year. Now that in any ordinary walk of life is a life changing sum, however this is football and football is barmy. As an example, Solksjear and Rogers are both thought to be on around £10m per year. Bielsa is supposedly on £8m.
If Levy comes along and dangles 10x your current salary in front of any of us for doing the same job - I defy anyone not to be tempted.
Hasenhüttl has skirted with relegation before and will know that the drop would mean the end of job offers from these so called bigger clubs. The risk v reward on offer will make it worth looking at even for a basketcase like Spurs. Nuno will likely walk straight into the Norwich, Villa, Everton, Newcastle jobs if it goes - he won't have to wait long, and his bank account will no doubt ease any feelings of failure.

I know it's currently cool for all of us to attack the 'brains' behind 'Gormless Benny' right now, because he makes it so god damn easy.
But it's tough to imagine any of that being written if Mane had scored the third without punching in the ball.
