Wouldn't mind koeman if potter did leave (which he won't)

Lets hope so. A few months of Italian screaming, crying and frustration on the sideline would be entertaining before they move on to whoever may be the next guy.

But shouldn't you be on the Spurs fans forum this morning setting up your Seagullsman account? You know. Just in case :p

Will Levy:

a) Go for the nuclear option of bringing in one of the big European names, vying will Newcastle for the oh so predictable names at Ajax or Conte or Fonseca, and then have to spend big on players; or

b) Opt for the strategic project with a Potter or similar?
Well if the next manager is not lined up already. Then levy has fcked up once again.

He sometimes goes for a few months of a hopeless caretaker eg Ryan Mason .... until he gets the "right man" .... who ends up not being the right man.

And so the comedy carousel carries on.

I'd rather eat cyanide than watch Spurs week in week out.

Also unlikely to leave Ajax for Spurs.

Net spend is the financial side of ins and outs.

That particular route of explaining a mangers tools at hand would mean TB gave GP a massive kick in the teeth by selling White for £50m and buying Cucurella for £15m.

The Board handed Hasenhuttll £40m of new players this summer alone.

What? Southampton sold two big players and net spend same as ours this summer.

We have spent far more than Southampton and they have higher league finishes.

The problem for us is that Potter would be very popular with Spurs fans. It makes it an attractive prospect for Levy to effectively say 'here's the guy you all wanted'.
