If a tree falls in the woods and no one is around to hear it does it make a sound?
If a Brighton player voices an opinion to a fan and Yorkie isn't around to hear it does the player make a noise?

Does someone posting it on Nsc make it true? Or even a FACT.

His first touch his incredible, he has great vision, and his movement is first class.

Give him time to develop his finishing - i'm sure he's feeling the pressure of an expectant Withdean crowd as well (I don't remember hearing fans groan about a striker so much).

Just because he doesn't have pace doesn't mean he is lazy.
The only groaning I've heard is when he misses? From what I've heard the attitude towards him seems to be similar to on here - most realise the qualities he does have and are willing to be patient with him.

That was the point I was making to you when you gave your opinion as fact on the relationship between Mayo and Hart without offering up any hard evidence.

I didn't give any hard evidence because I didn't want to rake up the old gossip that was doing the rounds. Gary Hart moved house and rumours started as to why he had moved. That is a fact.
I posted the exact reason why Gary moved and then moved back again. His mother's illness. That is also a fact.

No, someone said that there was a rumour that Hart and Mayo had fallen out. All your reply to that post said was that it was completely untrue.

I'm just making the point Yorkie that it's abit unfair of you to act like an authority on the players without any real evidence and then poo poo others for doing the same thing.

I don't care IF he is lazy.

He is better than Gatting, Robinson, Revell, Savage, Molango, Virgo, Turienzo...

I actually LIKE players who look like they couldn't give a f*ck. It adds to their FLAIR when they casually pull down a long bass and spank it in the top corner.

I said it was untrue because the rumour was that Gary moved away because they had fallen out.
I spoke to them both at the Sponsor's dinner last year because I wanted to make sure that they had their names on the Electoral roll to be able to vote in the local council elections. Gary had moved back to Newhaven (they used to live next door to each other) and back to within a few yards of his old house. I got registration forms for both OGH and Alex so that they were on the electoral roll as they wanted to vote for the Seagull's Party candidate.
There you have it.

Still doesn't mean they hadn't fallen out. I'm not saying they had and to be honest I thought it was a stupid post in the first place. Just that nobody can know for sure apart from them or anyone they told directly.

I have no idea who Alex is by the way. Hart's wife?

Revell. He lived in the same road as Hart.

Surely all that shows is that they both signed up for the electoral roll...

Not being rude but not as if Gary Hart is going to tell some random fan he moved cos he had a huge bust up is he?

If they did fall out it is a PRIVATE matter for the two of them. Trying to look 'in the know' by discussing the validity of the rumours is just as bad as spreading them in the first place.

Richie, he moved back to the same place. If you had a massive bust up with someone and moved all the way back to Essex, would you then move back to within a few yards of them?
It's as if everyone wants to think the worst all the time.

I don't think many people actually care to be honest...

The only people who know for sure though don't come on here and I would hope they would not add to the rumour mill by commenting on it anyway.

It's like an episode of the RUDDY Jeremy Kyle show somtimes...

The point is not about everyone thinking the worst, it's that someone had an opinion with flaky evidence, you had a counter opinion with flaky evidence but you think yours is the right one.

Perhaps people should just accept that when they don't know all the facts they don't know exactly what has gone on and should offer up their opinion as opinion not fact.
