No it's not my take, it's fact. Not all 0% fat is bad. It's good to raise that a lot of it is, because they've done to much to remove the fat, or they've added other bad stuff, just as a lot of sugar free stuff has artificial sweeteners in.

You don't. But I think it's right for me to say that not all 0 fat yoghurt is a no no.

That’s basically the point I was trying to make. Trying to be helpful to those that might just seek out low fat products thinking they must be more healthy. But I failed to dot all the i’s and cross the t’s for @Triggaaar and therefore I was spreading misinformation.
