Daily Mail (online) reporting he drove to Eurostar and is on his way outta the country.
He's not in the squad, so he's gone home for the weekend. Surely that's a normal thing to do.

Im simply passing on the news I hoped to see him play against Liverpool and wondered if he will start. Big loss including his goalscoring.4.12pm.
[Football] - Leandro Trossard **Sold To Arsenal 20/01/2023**
Yep - either sort attitude out and sign new deal now or the Summer Or 28 and won’t sign new deal 18 months left - if you ain’t got the attitude to play and think you’re bigger than the club we’ll cash in - simple as. He's been offered multiple new deals over the last year. Pretty clear his...www.northstandchat.com
Hard to keep up, I know...
SI'm very much of the opinion that if a player doesn't want to be here anymore then they can go, our recruitment team have worked wonders and will (hopefully) replace him. If he does go in Jan, getting an out and out number 9 is a must. The midfield have provided an incredible number of goals this season, but we do need someone who can grab 15 a season if we want to secure top 10 and push on for a Europa Conference place
Well that will endear him to potential buyers, running away….
So avoidable, it’s not like we stand in the way of anyone wanting away….
his agent has got in his head, I think personally in a few years he will regret the rocky road this has taken.
it simply did not need to be like this.
Well, thanks.Im simply passing on the news I hoped to see him play against Liverpool and wondered if he will start. Big loss including his goalscoring.
lol - how do we know that he isn’t going to meet potential buyers in EuropeWell that will endear him to potential buyers, running away….
Normal? When you've been singled out for your work ethic? Normal to leave the country? Having only been back in it for what, a week or two? I'd say if you wanted to sort this out, impress RDZ, you'd be there at the ground tomorrow. He's not in the squad, so he's gone home for the weekend. Surely that's a normal thing to do.
Maybe he hasn't got a ticket with his name written on it....Normal? When you've been singled out for your work ethic? Normal to leave the country? Having only been back in it for what, a week or two? I'd say if you wanted to sort this out, impress RDZ, you'd be there at the ground tomorrow.
Yep. Sad end to his spell but we’ll cope. Seems to me he’s been badly advised by a greedy agent. Quell surpriseMust be Friday night drinking thread!!
Not sure that there is any coming back for Trossard which is a great shame as he is a great player and has been for us. I'm a fan of his but the agent's statement is driving a wedge. As for some of the comments, you wonder whether some of them are actually from Brighton fans.
Seem to remember not too long ago another player that was engineering a move to our south coast rivals and was slagged off on here only for there to be a U-turn and loads eating humble pie.
That said, the difference here is the emergence of Mitoma and, to some extent, Ferguson, two positions that Trossards has played. Difficult to gauge exactly what the position is without know what's going on in Trossard's life. Of all our players in Qatar, he probably had by a very long way the worst experience. His country underperformed by a considerable margin and he didn't really get much game time in what will probably be his last world cup.
When he goes, I wish him well. Whilst what has happened isn't great, I certainly don't feel the same about the way this is going and how Cucurrela left!
He has clearly asked for a transfer, his agent has touted him to every club available. He refused to sign the new contract offered to him pre and post WC HE DOESNT WANT TO STAY. So yes we are better off selling him than letting his contract run down to zero.I can't believe all the "get rid". You can't seriously believe we are better off selling him, he is our highest goalscorer this season. I hope he sees the error of his ways, apologises and knuckles down and we see the old Leo again. We are a better side with him in our team for sure. I don't think he will do this but lets not kid ourselves that we are better off getting rid of him. I suspect we now won't get that big fee as a result of all this.
As long as we can carry on as we are, there is a possible benefit in that it may well have accelerated Fergusons involvement in the first team. There's often some serendipitous advantage to be had in managers partially being forced in bringing through youth. I'm sure Rashford finally being thrown in at the deep end was the result of someone more senior being injured and he went on a mad mini scoring run.Must be Friday night drinking thread!!
