Why is it that our managers are so piss poor that they can't get the best out of our more talented players and they end up having to leave? CKR and Lynch may have an attitude problem, as did Leon Knight, but all of them have bundles of talent and we should be building our team around players like that not trying to knock the arrogance and fire out of them.

Our squad is so short of creativity and skill at the moment that it's pitiful.

Other than Crewe I cant comment on the latest performances.
But living up here I have many Leicester fans/ticket holders, and all have said Adams had no idea on which was his best team and a total joke when it came to subs and timing.

Oh, and Hawkins is almost as bad for that.

Lynch, Elphick and Hawkins are all solid defenders, but only Joel can pass the ball out of defence, so he's the one that should be playing ahead of the others.

Did you go to Yeovil?
After Scunthorpe I was suprised Lynch was not in the team but Hawkins had an absolute blinder and showed why he deserves his place in the team.
With Hawkins having an operation Lynch's chance was always going to come and I am very dissappointed that rather than working hard and taking that chance he has shown a poor attitude and ended up losing that chance.

I think if Lynch is determined to leave, we MUST start him against Man City as a good performance will put him well and truly in the shop window and hopefully inflate his price.
