Happy for him to get another chance somewhere else. Too far down the pecking order here to get the minutes he needs. & if the £3.5m The Argus thinks we're getting is true then seems sensible for us to accept.
Crazy money if that fee is correct

Weird comment and rather childishly competitive.

Forgive me but I don’t read through hundreds of posts on numerous threads before posting a link to info to make sure it hasn’t already been mentioned on another thread - if information about something is relevant to more than one thread, then so what if it’s repeated more than once. NSC would be impossible to use if you imposed a condition on people to make sure there had been no posts in any other thread mentioning the same web link before they mentioned it or barred them from referencing other threads!
Haven’t you been quite territorial about your January transfer news thread? Not sure I’m the competitive one!

Anyway, if my comment seemed weird and not in keeping with how NSC works, just imagine all it said was “fixtures”

Yes best of luck to him. Seems a thoroughly nice guy.

Was worried he'd end up in some shite Bundesliga club or something but Feyenoord is a great move and he should be excellent in the Eredivisie.

another one of these. “ great before injury”

we have had so many of these unfortunate individuals who have never really been the same after a bad injury.

i always remember Steve Penney getting a really nasty break and he was never the same afterwards.

such a shame, I thought he could have been a decent player for us. What happened to the other Polish player we had at the time who went out on loan…did he ever come back?

Karbownik? He had a number of loans but never quite impressed enough to be considered for the Premier League - although I think he may have played a few friendlies.

We sold him to Hertha Berlin 18 months ago.

Yeh think he played in a league cup game and actually looked quite good but was just perennially out on loan

Best of luck to him if he does go - but perhaps he's tempted by the new offer? He's certainly a useful squad member, and if he likes it here it's not a bad life.

If we have made a new contract offer to him, its because we can sell him for more money.

He's not a useful squad member. A player who plays 9 minutes in half a Premier League season is not useful. It is barely a squad member.

If that's the case there's no real incentive for him to sign it - unless it's a good enough offer to make him consider it's worth staying on as a squad member,
now that he's fully recovered from long term injury and is finally available for selection.

It seems strange that if Moder is to be sold, and is no longer part of our plans, that he was used as a sub on Thursday.
Surely an U21 should be brought in or are none of them ready?
I took it as a goodbye appearance out of respect noting we were 2-0 up and only a few mins left (still risky based on our history this season)

Yup..

The "risk" was probably worth taking given that he's a tall DMC that can be helpful in the dying minutes of a game... respect and purpose in a nice little mix. If we had been chasing a winner I guess we might not have subbed him on.
