The point was that Wilkins was being labelled various things without anyone knowing what was going on.

I believe that one former NSC'er would have punished him by forcing Jake to take a cold shower, whilst the other party soaped him down.
Let's leave Dwayne and his pink torpedo out of this. I might not rate jake, but he doesn't deserve that!
