Very good .... don't you have any work to do ?Will you be asked to program in Parting of the Red C ++?
A weekend brushing up on the subject should be enough to get you through.
What about Java Scriptures?Very good .... don't you have any work to do ?
It was on Dibley, but it is very old. (Also I told it about a week ago on a 'Joke Du Jour' thread).Isn't that another Dibley one
I could very well be wrong but I thought that in a case like this, when your beliefs play no practical part in the role, they could use this criteria at the selection stage but not the advertising stage. As for the question of whether it is morale, evangelicals are the last people I would look to for any sign of a morale compass. You could try and fake it but it would be a giveaway when everyone else is raptured and your left behind.it's legal...whether it is moral for an IT person is another debate. I can understand why they'd want all staff to have a particular belief though.
If they are going to use it at the selection stage they might as well filter out the non-evangelists at the application stageI could very well be wrong but I thought that in a case like this, when your beliefs play no practical part in the role, they could use this criteria at the selection stage but not the advertising stage. I thought they use rivers....Asking which font it required could lead to confusion.
“Evangelical” bit has me miffed. I’m a Christian but why even put that bit. The word can mean totally different things, it’s not really about doctrine. I guess they might have had someone who claimed to be Christian who wasn’t or something.
I think you could only use it if you were choosing between candidates who had very similar scores against the other criteria. Whether anyone would want to work for an organisation where they wouldn't be welcome is another question. If they are going to use it at the selection stage they might as well filter out the non-evangelists at the application stage
They would be foolish to pass over a good candidate. How does @Westdene Seagull make his tea in his new job? Hebrews it
