Bunch of moaning old bastards.
All i can say is 'what goes around comes around' bha express. If you enjoyed being in your steel cage and knocking someone with no protection onto the floor then you deserve a nasty shock back. I hope you get it.

He was walking!

Right this thread has inspired me, we've got to take positive action on this.

I'm in London today so I'm gonna go and find a cyclist that I don't like the look of and push the c**t off his bike. :clap2:

I suggest that everybody does the same, they all need to be taught a lesson

Ok apologies to Bha express and calling you all moaning old bastards. Yea pedestrian was in the wrong. But it's not nice to injure your fellow human then boast about it.

Try it sometime, you might be surprised!!

In reality though, bhaexpress injured nobody, the cyclist did it all by himself.

Vehicle Excise Duty is not a tax that 'permits' road use. Any vehicle that has CO2 emissions less than 100g per km is zero rated for VED. That includes cars as well as cycles. Should those cars be removed from the road too? Also many cyclists DO pay Vehicle Excise Duty - they choose however not to drive their cars on every single journey.

What steel cage ? I don't don't need a zimmer frame although I grant your disability is obviously visual, I was on foot ! Besides which, as was siad by somebody else, it makes no difference what mode of transport I was using, the cyclist jumped a red light.

Game, set, match you plonka.

I do because far too often cyclists injure pedestrians beacuse they can't be bothered to obey the law. I grant that motorists to the same to cyclists but in this case two wrongs do not make a right.

To be fair, a couple of years ago I was called a vagina, (not the exact word but you know what I mean) because I had the nerve to walk on a crossing that he decided he wanted to ride over despite the red light he had against him. On that occasion I did injure him by administering a well deserved slap.

Quite so but NO cyclist has to take a test, pay tax, or, most importantly, have insurance. Also, there's probably more cyclist that use the raod after dark without lights. A mate of mine was driving up the A23 and he hit and killed a cyclist who came down from a slip road without lights at 8PM one winter night.

Killed the cyclist but caused my mate no end of trauma and strife.

Friend of my Son was given a fixed penalty fine of £30 recently in Brighton for riding his cycle after dark and also given a voucher for a set of free light as part of an safety awareness initiative:facepalm:

The council works closely with other agencies and partners to reduce casualties on the city’s streets, an example being the recent Brighten Up campaign, jointly run by the council and Sussex Police to target cyclists riding at night without lights.

“The enforcement led to 116 fixed penalty notices being issued by the police and those stopped were given vouchers to collect free cycle lights from the council.

Steel cage?

Ok maybe i need my eyes tested, i read that BHAE was in his car (Steel cage) and mowed down a cyclist (poor defenceless cyclist) who stupidly jumped a red light on his pushbike.

Here's a story from my life

I was cycling down a main road in derby, hugging the curb as i ALWAYS do, giving cars plenty of room to go past me, when some **** clipped my bike with his car, i was so enraged by it i pedaled as fast as my legs would take me. Unfortunately for me and fortunately for the motorist he made it through the lights with me about 100 metres behind. Nevertheless i stopped at the lights, cos i'm a good boy who DOESN'T jump traffic lights. But if i got near his car i would have been facing criminal damage and assault charges, so it's probably best i didn't reach him. The point i'm trying to make is this **** could have seriously injured (potentially killed) me if he'd pranged me into a lamppost/wall etc. So i read this thread as someone taking pleasure out of hurting another, which enraged me.

But i apologise again for mis-reading

The moral is if everyone just got along and looked out for each other, Cyclists, Motorists, Peds then we wouldn't even be having this conversation.

Here's to the peace loving hippies.
