See you sat

I have known about this run for a long time...but I've never wanted to see the retail park...so I've not bothered with it before. It could be quite emotional.

I was told about this before but for the same reasons as yourself Herr T, I didnt want to go back.

After extensive counselling, I think I'm over it - Crosses fingers and fidgets nervously.

Do it most weeks. Really good atmosphere and well organised.

I'm looking forward to it. I'm really crap at short distances so it's a bit of a new challenge for me.

Start off at a blistering pace. Belt it round the first lap and a half, try and stand up for the two-thirds of the final lap that goes upwards, then do your best I Am The Resurrection impression for the redemptive final strait downhill. And punch some old woman on the ear as you cross the line.

Do what I do. Wear a cap and just look at the path in front of you as you run round the southern end of the park. I've now run 25 times and have yet to stare the retail park in the face.
