its more HARDNESS that DANGER though........a mozzie can be easily killed, much more easily than say, a BEAR

anyway- it's in and we'll see how the voting goes, i'd say its got a pretty good chance of getting past the first round

But a single bite from a little mossie can also easily kill a bear!

i know it could, which is why the mozzie cannot be underestimated in this competition...it'll atLEAST get into the knock-out PHASE

but you also have to weigh up the ease at which it is killed

you can't SWAT a BEAR can you

COULD IT?

if that was the case there would be dead animals all over the shot?

I certainly saw some gigantic and better shaped birds after a few mushrooms in that fair city :yahoo:

LC

Whats with "huge golden headed vultures" with 3m wingspans and not wanting to go into telephone boxs with them?

Sounds like you have a bit of a "hang up" and need a bit of counselling? :D

The Cassowarie

55047319.JPG

The third largest bird in the world and has to be said, a right GIT when it wants to be! Cassowaries, are endangered, are large, flightless birds that live in the rainforests, woodlands and swamps of Australia.

Cassowaries are unpredictable, aggressive and are known to kick up their large, clawed feet. Their kicks are capable of breaking bones, and their claws have been likened to daggers.

The guiness book of records likens these bad boys to be the most dangerous bird!! The message is.....KEEP BACK

I shall second the Cassowary

Having seen both Emu and Cassowary up clsoe the Cassowary is by far the more intimidating and dangerous looking of the two.

In fact the Cassowary kinda freaks me out a bit.

WALRUS

I recall a fight between one of these BEASTS versus a Polar Bear in that excellent documentary 'Planet Earth' with the Walrus coming out on top, therefore a real challenger for the top spot.
