My missus took about 9 hours for our first one so it is possible the baby will be out by the morning.

Good luck. It can be a long old haul - for both ours my wife was in hospital for almost 24 hours between waters breaking and deciding they were ready to come out.

A name thread is essential.

I suggest .............. Kev.

Yeah sounds about right! I had our boy on a Thursday night and only saw Tank quickly the next morning because he had to catch up with the team coach somewhere on the M4 and didnt see him again til Sunday! Bloody football

Well if you managed to limit your demands to September, October and November you wouldn't have had this problem

Fingers crossed we're having home birth

My two youngest were born at home and it was the most awesome thing I have ever done. Beat my oldest hospital birth hands down.

And those who had mammouth labours, my son was born in 9 hours, Fran was born in 8 hours and my youngest popped out in an hour and a half - before the midwife arrived!

Congratulations and good luck!

GOOD LUCK!!!!

My girlfriend gave birth to our beautiful baby boy on Tuesday afternoon after a 14 hour labour. :clap2:

Without doubt the most traumatic thing I have ever experienced but well worth it.

2 new Brighton fans in a week then!

PS. Im giving the game a miss tomorrow and expect that you will probably do the same!!
