Bad luck for him, wish him all the best in his recovery. But it’s a testament to our squad depth that a £30m+ player won’t leave an obvious hole in our team

So much for our newly recruited elite German medical team!!!
Really weird innit?

I was sure they were going to pop up and lead us to zero injuries immediatly. No need to understand the bodies, habits and rehab behaviours of the various indviduals in the squad. No need for any time to make the changes to diets, training etc have any effect. Should all be overnight.

So far these Germans haven't produced one single immortal player or miracle solution to injuries. GET RID.

It’s been a pretty sorry tale in terms of impact from our new signings overall (including the new medical team)! Rutter probably the only one who’s been a (qualified) success? Minteh started well but has tailed off badly, and for various reasons we’ve had minimal impact from Ferdi, Gruda, Wieffer and MOR.

I think you're judging too soon. It took Ali Mac and Biss a lot longer to get going, last year Baleba looked very raw and mistake ridden, this year a different story.

Wieffer looked awful to begin with, but he's turned a corner last few, Ferdi been out, Gruda I am surprised hasn't featured more based on his glowing remit, MOR been out and in a couple of appearances looked average in one and scored a great winner in other. Not sure how anyone can draw a definitive conclusion yet.

Would agree that Rutter has done best so far, but it's not till season end or next season we'll really know.

Uncle Tone doesn't often deal in finished articles, it's rough diamonds requiring time and polishing.

I would pay £10 (10 English Pounds Sterling UK GBP) to see Veltman and Ferdi in the starting line up this weekend.

Anyone raise me on that?

I'll go £15
Lads, careful please. Gambling on the starting line up might be considered bad behaviour and provoke another email.
