Meopham, Kent.
Not at all happy if there is any truth in this.
I would be very surprised, and very concerned if we have May sat on the bench.

A quality back-up keeper is vital.

Can find it on the net anywhere.

Don't believe it until one of the official sites (I'm sure Hull will be first!) confirm it.

Just doesn't make sense.

Calm Down!

It's ONE MONTH. Not the whole season Trigger.

Adams If I remember rightly never had a sub keeper on the bench.

It saves a bit of cash. It lets Kuipers get match practice at a decent level. Should Kuipers have to come in if Roberts was injured or whatever he'd be rusty if he hadn't been playing.

Good move.

It may be a gamble, but I can see where SC is coming from if true. Gives FDM some much needed 1st team action. Never seen Chris May in action, but I have faith in SC's judgement on this. We're spoilt for choice when it comes to keepers. How many other teams at our level can boast 2 quality keepers of the standard we currently have?

You can't be recalled during your first month out on loan. (that's the reason why Henderson is only vulnerable after Saturday when he starts his second month).

Kuipers is almost certainly going with a view to a permanent move. If this is the case, then Coppell won't go with a youth teamer - he'll get somebody else in (probably on less wages, plus we should get a decent fee for the FDM).

It will all come out in the wash I'm sure

It's probably not that bad, he would probably be on instat recall if we need him and john keely or Chris may are still reasonable. The worst case scenarion would probably be playing a half with one of these guys.

I can honestly say that living in Sussex and also Hull during Uni term time, the chances of Kuipes wanting a permanent move to what is soon to be announced the worst city in britain is about as likely as me not moving home the very minute my degree finishes.

It's not so much the city which I agree is horrible but Peter Taylor that could be the reason.
FDM knows him as a boss.

Please say this is only going to be a loan and nothing more

who cares really we are spoilt with 2 good goalies. I would much rather we got rid of Kuipers and brought in another creative midfielder or BIG striker tahn keep kuipers on the bench.

Hey. Don't forget that Hull has its own telephone exchange, which is the envy of every city in the the country....

...so at least he can make cheap phone calls to Sussex to find out how a decent team is doing.

Correct, it has white phone boxes thanks to Kingston Communications and you can phone anywhere else in the city for 5p for as long as you like.

thought that is about all is has going for it and even then the phonecalls will have to be to someone who is from Hull...
