The other excuse literaly rolled out by chunksters is depresion, "food makes me happy".........

It can seem to make you happy short term, but it's very depressing long term.

Its simple everyone is different, so therefore everyone needs different amounts of exercise and food to keep in shape ,if you cant even do that you should have to pay the bill for all of the problems you will encounter later on. People who blame being fat about metabolism and thyroid problems are f***ing idiots yes some people do have them but they are in a huge minority people are just lazy pigs and don't know when to stop. You create a problem you pay for it.

this is a good policy.

it should also include people who are injured doing extreme sports, because lets face it you dont need to partake.
anyone who catches any STD should foot the NHS bill too......keep your bits in your pants its not hard!
cyclists injured on the road can pay their own medical bills as they simply should have walked in the first place.....lazy bastards!

sounds like you have some rather severe psychological problems. Chill out, nazi troll of the week.
I'm no more than pleasantly, to some, plump, and tend to eat out of unhappiness. It's a foolish thing to do, but i do it. I also run about 20 miles a week, cycle 50 and play two games of football too. While the latter burns the former, in general, it doesn't take away the reasons for me to want to have comfort in the vice i seem to have chosen, since giving up fags and drugs and other idiotic and enjoyable young person things. I'm in that pattern now. I've cost the nhs nothing because of eating, but i shan't feel guilty for whatever i do cost them, unless i have caused another's direct ailment or condition. I certainly wouldn't feel bad because some arse on the internet acts as if i should.
We could all do with some cognitive behavioural therapy, reworking elements of ourselves that mightn't be the healthiest to have, i think, and learn to have a few less exclamation marks in our utterances and thinking.

so you are not fat? I'm confused.

I'm hoping for a new thread about gingers, baldies and the infertile next in order for the perfects of this world to cast their opinions on the mindsets of all such people they mightn't be, lumping them together as they go.

Fire away - I'm ( now ) infertile and more than happy to be the brunt of an NSC thread !

Going into an American diner is a truly depressing experience and gives you the will to stay on some kind of reasonable diet. They all tend to be ‘eat as much as you can’ for a fixed amount, normally quite low. All the people in there have plainly given up any attempt at self restraint or self respect and just keep returning to the desert counter. Some of these folk are still fairly young and will have major health problems later on. Some are already confined to motorized carts. Like I said, really depressing

Wow, what a thread. I assume all the posters are all round A1 specimens of humankind with no faults whatsoever or any vices or addictions. One of my mates is very large and he is a lovely bloke, certainly not scum or a scourge on society. I worry about him as he is likely to get heart disease and / or diabetes. Fat people still have feelings you know.

For those who do have a choice about their weight, it's not much diff from smoking or drinking.
Food addiction, or a lack of self-discipline, and therefore their own undoing.

Odd, but yesterday I was waiting for the tube train and stood between two wimmins eating ice-creams at 9.15 am.
It might be because they were munters and in need of comfort that no man was going to give them.

New thread; should ugly wimmins be allowed?

It's called an addiction for a reason because it is an addiction.

One of he things in life that gets right up my nose is fat people:rant:
I get seriously bored of hearing about this so called medical condition they have, yes about 1% have this condition, most are people who became fat and then became insecure because of their weight.Everytime i see a fat fu-k in the street i nod my head with disgust. Its becoming very disturbing to see the way some of these inbreds dress and even worse to think they actually believe they look good.

No doubt a fair few on here are fat turds who go KFC and mc Donald's a few times a week.

Most fat people are nice,it's not rocket science that they have to have something good going for them.

If we get rid of fatties plain people of relatively normal weight will have no-one to stand next to when they want to appear more attractive.

Also I see plenty of girlys who are proper ugly but appear convinced they are attractive just because they maintain a weight 2lbs above organ failure.

Barrel of Fun

Abort, retry, fail
I remember being served in Uncle Sams when the large fat server asked if I wanted to "go large" with my meal.

I had a think and said no - very tempted to say I did not want to end up like you.

Perhaps the server did not mean "go large" in the sense of another type of feast, if you see what I mean.

mmmm, is this serious ? I just think that some " fatties " may be reading this thread and it's not good really is it ? As I said I assume all the posters are unblemished perfect specimens of humans being to be throwing so many stones.

No ?

I thought not.

i think it might be good if the people consuming larger resources than the average person realise how others feel, its pretty immoral this greed culture imo.

It is good because they may take note and actually consider losing some weight,I bet many have never been told such a thing and that's why they think it's acceptable.Help is out there even if you have conditions, many choose to fade away and that's why they have no confidence or self esteem.

I bet you get many that get told by a doctor "live or die"suddenly they decide to lose weight and live:)

The Human condition is riddled with flaws. No one is perfect, not even you mate.
