Be amazed if that happened. Could see Barco feeling that way, if he's enjoying life in La Liga, but, Leicester?
I mean... Juninho Paulista fell so in love with Middlesbrough that he signed for them three times.

Not a comment on the quality of cities of Leicester or Middlesbrough, just noting that people sometimes fall in love with places you might not expect them to.

I’m stunned that people think we’d recall Buononatte in January.

It would either take a catastrophic injury crisis to all of our forward players for it to happen.

i.e - Pedro, Rutter, Enciso, Gruda all to be medium/long term injured.

Or a catastrophic downturn in his form in the next two months which sees him consistently left out the Leicester squad.

It isn’t happening. Stop pining for it and just enjoy the fact he’s clearly taking big strides in his development while our other attacking players also continue to develop here and, as an extra bonus - he’s contributing to keeping Palace a place lower down the table.

That's almost the main benefit rather than an extra.
Here's hoping the squad is looking fully fit and somewhat bloated come January and we have a few decent players spare to give Leicester or some other relegation candidates a boost to keep them above palace.

We can't lend one to Leicester unless we recall Buonanotte. PL rules.

Just 2 or 3 of those being seriously injured would likely be enough

But yes, I still think it's unlikely

In all likelihood, in order to go out on loan again somewhere else. Given we have Estupinan, Ferdi, Hinshelwood as LBs and he was deemed surplus for this season before Estupinan was back fit, I'd be shocked if he comes back into the squad after not making it at Sevilla

I’d assume fees were not paid for any of those loans. I believe in all likelihood a fee has been paid for Buonanotte’s services.
It`s a shame Facu was one i wanted us to keep in the squad for the season , a bit greedy sometimes but always looked to make something happen - i hope he stays for the long haul .

He never struck me as a LB/LWB not enough meat on the bones , but as a potential winger or tricky No8 like Sir Peter - possibly

One of my favourite current players, I fear we’ll be selling him, for a massive fee, come season’s end though

We are so well stocked in his position

I think it's more likely Pedro will be sold and our new super upgraded Facu will be brought in.
This spot behind the striker we have the following options:

João Pedro
Rutter
O'Riley
Enciso
Gruda
Ayari
Buonanotte
Sarmiento
Moran
Gómez arriving in January.

Buonanotte may be the one with the highest ceiling, and it's true that most of these players play multiple positions so we can accommodate more than one at any time. It's also true that there's some on loan and always a couple of injuries.

But that's a lot of players, surely some decisions to be made next summer.

Also the arrival of Gomez in January negates any miniscule chance that Facu would be recalled, there's just no need to disrupt his loan.
