Just had a look through the squad and I'm absolutely convinced that Baines is a better left winger than anyone else on the team sheet. No doubt we'll see Milner stuck out there instead.

Really? You really can't wait?

Every chance to support our country should be embraced imo. We didn't get to third in the rankings by ignoring friendlies. COME ON ENGLAND!

England v Brazil

Is this tomorrow? If it is this is genuinely the first I've heard of it! Don't we normally all get games called off for about a month either side of shit friendlies?

I reckon it will be a laboured 1-0 to England. Goal from a set piece with Brazil in city-break mode. And Mellotron will be all over it as evidence that England are brilliant.....again.

This, although I'll admit I did chuckle.

And anyway, Crodo reached the pinnacle of that gag (and therefore it can only be downhill from here) when he came on here to extol the virtues of a tour of Leicester's Walker Stadium as splendid value for money and a marvellous way to spend the hours before our Tuesday evening game there earlier in the season. :lolol:

:lolol:

I wonder where Crodo has been? Hasn't posted for a while.

He was also a serial offender for outrageous rumours and suggested signings. I think he advocated getting Ruel Fox in as our assistant manager on three separate occasions :lolol:

Hmm. Perhaps it's only the countries that actually win trophies who use friendlies to experiment sensibly? I'm sure the attendance will be embarrassingly high too.

Zzzzzzzzzzzz, wasn't funny the first time.

So, in other news, German football is completely bent. What you reckon bout that?

BERLIN (Reuters) – Germany’s top two Bundesliga divisions are seemingly not affected by a global match-fixing scandal that has involved hundreds of games across several continent.

Has this changed?
