I just went onto Bloomberg’s website as I thought this may be disinformation against Trump. FFS, why don’t the an Americans stand up against this turd?
We’re getting a lot of answers to the question of what people today would have done if they were living in 1930s Germany

US stock margins been plunging for a sustained period now. Tariffs, trade wars and the uncertain world brought about by Trump help very few. He’s talking and acting sh1t.

Wondering if rich Americans who live, eat and breathe the value of their stocks, find his allegiance to genocidal Putin still hilarious?
I imagine they’re having the time of their lives; shorting this, pumping and dumping that, insider trading as vigorously as they are wanking.

Naomi Klein wrote about American Neo-liberal capitalists. Under their shock doctrine, there is always money to be made.

Maybe but until he came on scene I had never heard any leader talking about peace or even a cease fire.

That's because you were listening to adults who know Putin wouldn't agree to either.

If this carries on no nation will put troops in Ukraine and with troops getting smaller and dishartened there will only be one winner.

That is incorrect. If you followed the war closely, you'd know this.

With Putin leading Russian I have had real worries that this could end up as WW3

As things were going, there was no danger of WW3. Putin wasn't getting anywhere and Russia were losing.

so I am dedlighted whenever I hear people talking about a peace agreement.

I would be too if it was real, but you are being naive. Putin has no intention of peace now that Trump is helping him.

Although he might feel that half time would be welcome about now. Take on some fluids and energy gels, and go again in the second half.

I go on about eace agreement to avoid this realy getting out of hound. I fully appreciate the many views that there should no give wat on anything by Ukraine. But how will this be acieved, No foreign troops will go on the ground and if they are supplied any weapons they want have they got enough troops to keep going for any length of time

I have never blocked anyone on NSC, I just simply bypass the comments from certain posters when I see their name. I don't feel I miss out on any meaningful insight or input, because I can still follow the thread. I implore others to do the same because – as the advice on a card that sits upon my desk as a reminder (which, admittedly, I occasionally don't follow): 'Life is too short to argue with anonymous dickheads on the internet'.

You're never going to reason with these posters. And you'll rarely get an answer to your questions, so just don't bother. They have their views, you're never going to change them. As much as you can, just ignore it/them.
I blocked you for a while because I was bored shitless by you finding a silling reason to post a 'these are' message so frequently. You talk about meaningful insight or input but before you know it:
These are a good point.

Having just read his post i can only assume he’s wankered! 🤷

If he is, I'll be there in an hour. Unfortunately from his previous posts I suspect it's complete and utter moron, and try as I might, I'm afraid that he's on he's on his own

You make a good point but I really struggle with the idea that unless we can do everything we should do nothing.

As I have looked into this the fact that these companies have such a hold on my life is motivation enough to try and free myself a little.

I will still need some of it for work and social purposes for a time but if enough people make a few changes, maybe I won't be beholden to them forever.

Personally I am happy to make these choices myself where I can rather than just follow the crowd and use what everyone else is.
Again, I’m not saying do nothing, but calls for a blanket boycott are incompatible with modern life until suitable, popular alternatives are in place already.

Yes they do have enough troops. Ukraine haven't even conscripted 18-24 year-olds. That's about 2 million men not conscripted. And Ukraine aren't losing close to as many troops as Russia.

Meanwhile, Russia's economy is dying on its feet, and they're losing the ability to support their expensive war.

This is badly effected by Trumps support of Russia, which could significantly turn the tide.

If Ukraine was supported as it had been, it would outlast Russia.

The alternative to supporting Ukraine is not peace, it's the opposite, because Putin won't accept peace. Instead, he'll build his army up and invade more countries. To stop this getting out of hand, we need to support Ukraine.

Unbelievable to start getting abuse.
I dont disagree with anybody on this and just try and learn about something I consider is a big threat to world peace.
There seems to have been no progress in 3 years and just asked even with the supply of enough weapons have the Ukrains got enough troops to keep going for any length of time.
Will now be off this thread and look elsewhere to educate myself about this.

A fair comment, although I don't hear calls for a blanket boycott, just a shift to try and make those alternatives more popular and viable.

Try reading your last post. I tried but it wasn’t written in English

Attack Donald Trump and his utter bullshit as much as you want, but please don't attack each other.

Being abusive and calling other NSCers names will see you off this thread and/or the site.

Thanks.
