Out of interest, where would I buy a nice refreshing can of Grans, Solo, ICA Cola, Faxe Kondi, Fritz, Zingi or Trocadero out of interest? Or grab a quick bite at Max, Big Bite, Peppes Pizza, Deli de Luca, Sibylla, Fafa’s or Joe and the Juice on my lunch break?

What should I do if absolutely everyone I wish to speak to uses Facebook, X, Instagram, Messenger or WhatsApp. Refuse to speak to them until they download “Threema”?

Sorry, I can’t watch that YouTube video of the new Albion Unlocked episode mate, would you mind uploading it to YLE Arena or RUV?

Okay team, I know our tech guys have spent ages setting up our working from home interface, making sure it complies with GDPR best practices, has backups and failsafes to ensure limited wasted hours due to technical issues, but today we’ll be hosting the team meeting via “Whaller”. What do you mean “what is Whaller?”

But then you knew that already you little tinker. , 😂
76% of people who will be at the Amex on Saturday want Brighton to win

Therefore Brighton are the most popular and bestest club in the whole world!!!

I really hope peace negotions work out. I still say Ukraine cant repel Russian troops for ever without foreign troops to help them on the ground and that will not happen.
It would be really good to see your response to Bodian's #13,832 above.

I would be interested to see the independent assessment of the US contribution of $300bn. Independent sources I have read show the US contribution as significantly less, and indeed far less than Europe. Thanks.

Personally, I think there will only REALLY be peace when Russia has control of Ukraine. Or enough of Ukraine to keep Putin happy, before he goes and invades another country as part of his quest to build USSR 2.0. As I've said before, it wouldn't surprise me if Trump helped him with that, financially.

Or until we’ve turned Putin into a stain on the ground of a Russia that is no longer a sovereign country but tightly controlled by Western Europe.

Good luck with that.

I wouldn't be surprised it, like JD Vance to Trump, there isn't a willing successor to Putin after his demise (which, I presume, is the only way he will leave power).

Trump the **** will put them on a plane to Russia, as in his eyes they are pretty much Russian already
They’ll be put on a plane to Kyiv. Which will then be intercepted by Russians and “escorted” to Minsk, whereupon they fall into Russian hands. They’ll let the US flight crew leave and Trump will claim he did that because he’s tight with “great guy” Putin. Morons online will claim this is a Trump victory.

Although the re-creation of USSR 2.0 or the earlier Russian Empire is clearly Putin's objective it is a bit less clear to predict what form that would take. I guess the two options are outright invasion or the installation of puppet regimes or, and maybe more likely, a mix of the two. He clearly chose first of these for Ukraine and I think it would be his preference for the Baltics but I am not sure about Poland and other former Warsaw Pact countries. One thing that is essential for any of these plans is the dissolution of NATO and the breakup of the EU as a coherent unit so that Russia would be the strongest regional power. This looks like an area where his and Trump's agendas are very closely aligned.

One thing with Trump – and/or his supports (and the media, to an extent) – is that he quickly moves on from whichever soundbite or pet project he wangs on about. The wildfires (and the fallout) in LA seem to have been forgotten, there aren't any more people 'eating the cats' or 'eating the dogs' and he's had zero to say about the drones that were proven to be nothing major at all. I'm surprised he brought up Greenland yesterday ("We're going to get it one way or another", or words to that effect) as I genuinely thought he'd forgotten what he'd said previously.

Funny bloke.

But off topic but increasingly relevant as Trump's relationship with Putin becomes more and more apparent

Just finished the final episode. Decent listen, our political system has been infiltrated for a while. It keeps getting better for Putin...

Don't forget that those 240,000 Ukranians will be "lunatics come from an asylum" because the orange wanker is just so thick he really understands nothing.

How did someone so lacking in basic understanding and intelligence come to be elected President of the USA. It's totally baffling.

Short term memory loss seems to be a feature of the Republicans and their supporters. Before the election Trump was boasting he would have peace in Ukraine within 24 hours.
This net score doesn't make sense. I don't think you can minus the disapprove from improve, needs to disapprove for both so Trump to went from 55 not 45 to 51 = plus 4. Unless I'm reading it wrong/there is some data missing
Only 45% approve of Trump since his inauguration, whereas 51% disapprove of him. Disapproval is negative.
