He should run for president…
If people had the good sense to vote for people like Bernie, the world would be better.

Still, we get the governments we deserve I suppose. And all while harking back to the days when our countries were great . . . because of policies similar to those espoused by the likes of Bernie.

Sadly though we don't have the sense to question the crap we are fed by the media so we continue to vote against our interests.

I love that your response to Trump's speech features Biden so soon.

You are at least consistent :ROFLMAO:

As someone mentioned before you are not really adding much to this discussion. It would have been fascinating to understand what you see in him, what benefits you see for America and the rest of the world and what your expectations are for him and his presidency.

Sadly you have consistently dodged, ignored and disappeared when you have been asked about these things.

I guess you can't defend the indefensible. I think your wife is right, you should hide these threads.
It would be fascinating to know what you see as the alternative? Bernie?

Does anyone else think that maybe crashing the economy is actually the plan, not just the result of incompetence?

If prices nose dive, there'll be rich pickings for all Trump's billionaire friends. The rich always get richer and especially during a recession, when prices are low and people desperate to sell.
Could be. Or just part of Putin's plan for utter chaos in the west, which he's been successfully implementing over the last decade

Sorry LV but you are at least two questions in the hole to me, and several in the hole to other posters. I am not bothering with a discussion where you will disappear when the questions get tricky.

Like I say, hearing from someone who sits on the 'other side' to me would be fascinating but you are not going to do that so I'm out.

What two questions?

What two questions?
Well one of them, after a back-and-forth conversation, you asked me to clarify what I was asking a couple of times, which I did . . . and still you failed to answer.

You don't post in good faith, I'm out.

Can you send me back to the post that you’re referring to? And then the other one?

Just far enough away from LDC
I’m not going to split hairs, the statement you made on house prices didn’t reference a time window, however it’s evident since 2016 that house prices are not down and no where near the doom spiral predicted by Osbourne, Darling, Brown and all the other organs of the establishment that predicted national Armageddon. Arguably, and 8 years on an adjustment downwards in house prices could be positive, but it’s difficult to see that given the need to house our new citizens.

Re Brexit and the invasion of Ukraine I would consider the failure of the Minsk Agreements was much more relevant as an underlying root cause.

You live and learn on here.
You aren't going to split hairs and then proceed to split hairs.

No wonder you are so easy to dupe

Then you don’t post in good faith. Cheerio…
Nothing to do with not posting in good faith, just once (twice . . three times?) bitten twice shy.

You could go back through the posts the same as I could, you'll find both the questions and the reminders.

Why the f*** should I do it for you? Especially when you don't post in good faith so there is still no guarantee you'll respond.

Cheerio
