How on earth can you or dig 54 comment definitively on why chelsea fans are angry ? The short answer is you cant , you're just taking sensationalist journalism as gospel, pretty much like you did on the thread about the trader losing £1.4 billion, I had to correct you on that one as well, for the record there are a lot of "old" chelsea that couldnt give a f*** whether abramovich stays or goes , we'd love to have our club back , you must feel the same, what with 22,000 odd JCL' s ? sorry they're "lapsed" fans who always meant to get a season ticket at withdean, but only got round to it when the shiny new stadium and rich new owner materialised.

Right, the sensationalist journalism again. I think correcting someone is when you give an alternative answer that proves their answer incorrect. Not just saying 'your wrong', that would just be stupid wouldn't it. But hey, try to switch it around back onto Brighton if that makes you feel better.

Well saying "you're wrong " in response to the accusation that chelsea fans vented their anger on benitez because they're too scared to do so with abramovich pretty much sums it up in my book, i then went on to explain how a lot of old chelsea fans dont care whether abramovich goes , as we'd get our club back, I'm not sure just how much more i can spell it out clearly for you , any suggestions ?

That's it, in response to myself, the journalistic press, a few others on here, your counter argument is that you know a lot of old Chelsea fans that don't care whether Abramovich goes or not?

Well I'm convinced then! :lolol:

You should be , I'm the one who goes to the games, I'm the one who talks to his fellow fans at the games, so I'm pretty sure I'm in a better position than you to gauge sentiment and opinion, and why fans have certain views about certain managers , it's really not complicated , however much you might try to make it so to bolster your increasingly weak and fatuous argument .

Hang on a minute im confused. You know everyone is wrong because you go to the games and talk to old fans. A football club isnt made up of just old fans.

The majority of people where chanting at a new manager that has just been hired by someone, who is also in the ground but they are just ignoring him.

I can tell, yet more gibberish.

Do you wear a t-shirt that says "Chelsea FC - I'm the one."?

Not sure if you intentionally do the irony or not, but you know, it could work.

I'm sure it's been mentioned, but just case.

If Chelski were Chelsio in Italy, they would have sacked the interim and gone back to the first manager.
After all he's still on the payroll.

I can't see rafa lasting much longer if Grant Is going there.

They should have won the Champions league under grant.

I'm sure bushy will know, wasn't Roman's first choice of manager Rafa before Di Matteo won the CL?

As far as I know, his first choice was, and still is, Pep Guardiola, but Pep wanted a sabbatical (and probably wouldn't want the chelsea job given the way management works there). He then tried to get rafa for a year (so he could get pep in the summer) but rafa wanted it permanently. Roman then reluctantly gave the job to roberto (possibly after trying other options). He allegedly approached Pep again after giving roberto the boot, but got rebuffed again, so he got rafa who was more willing (and probably expects to succeed enough to earn the job in the summer).

Simple question. Why is all the fury being aimed at Benitez, and not Abramovich?

Hahaha they are going to sack Rafa and then get Avram to be temp manager and its going to be great. The fallout out from this is going to be spectacular, I expect Abram must feel like a bit of a plonker now.
