Don't get this...!! He turned this down before because it wasn't permanent, now he accepts it knowing full well that favourite Guardiola is ready in the wings when his 'Sebatical' in NY is over. Strange game football, even stranger in the world of Chelsea..!! I wonder if Gus day-dreamed for a second that it could be him..??

1) Create turmoil in the stands
