I can confidently say never in Test (where a team has lost by an innings). I think it's happened domestically recently. My brain is saying Glamorgan got a huge score and somehow lost by an innings. Adelaide was a disaster waiting to happen. Just knew we would capitulate.

Oh yes, so two Pakistani players got two centuries in the match.
Unwanted stat, I reckon. Not sure there has been a match that I know of where six bowlers concede over 100 runs in the same innings
