I was stood very close to the linesman yesterday [he didn't exactly have a stunning day at work] and witnessed the tattooed t*sser, Craig Davies, bellow into his face the poetically chosen words 'YOU F*CKING W*NKER!'

How I chuckled at the irony of somebody like Davies criticising somebody else for not being very good at their job . . . :tosser:

Was that after he missed his chance of glory with 5 minutes to go ?

He really is a useless, thick idiot.

Heard a rumour yesterday he's on 3k a week.

What a shambles. :nono:

You could pay for 8 nurses for a week for that.

Sorry, goes against popular NSC wisdom, but THPP thinks that Craig Davies has the makings of a really decent striker. That chance yesterday was seriously f***ing difficult and was never going to go in - no matter who hit it. Like much else in this cursed season, its not going right, but I think the boy is a decent squad member who will come good once the non-trier ponces have jumped ship. And the cognoscenti are NEVER wrong.

Missed a sitter against Northampton, missed a sitter yesterday. If he'd taken both those chances, that's an extra 4 points and things would be looking much rosier. It has not been his year! For us, anyway.

Agree I think he will come good. Its when he is not getting in positions to score that you begin to doubt his ability. All players go through lean spells. 1 goal and he will go on a run of smashing them in, its all about confidence

Yeah but you are the one who constantly moans about Murray. Therefore your opinions on strikers are invalid to me.

I Agree tom hark a striker with no confidence is like Paul with no barry i actually thought he had a decent game out on the right yesterday not brilliant but 1'st half he was decent why is it one player seems to have the blame put on him after every performance or moan about certain players (ie,Virgo,Elabd ect ect)
Sorry if you guys dont like this but im entitled to my opinion and find it outrageous who one player who has only been here since january has been in and out of the side played in a few different positions and roles, gets all this flack for maybe not performing aswell as he could i would be the first to agree with that but he is trying and does care you can tell (ie, He Cried after the Orient game)
Now is the time when our team needs us fans the most they are low on confidence we can all see that with the finishing and the panicked defending at times but i for one will be giving the team my all next saturday

Agreed, it was a very difficult chance, tight angle and the keeper had the whole goal covered. He looks quick, and i think that soon enough he will come good. You can tell that he obviously has something as he has scored goals in this league.

None of your buisness
Murray got similar stick when it was so obvious he had class bursting out of his boots and now Davies is the new punch-bag. Davies needs to be playing for a better team to score goals (check his goal ratio for stockport). Remember Revell, McPhee, Wilkinson and even jake Robinson all failed to even get close to scoring let alone touching the ball. He has so much more talent than what we've had over the years, having Murray and forster has made us a bit spoilt upfront now we have davies as 3rd choice. Give him a chance we should be glad we have a 3rd choice striker with his potential, what would you rather, a 38 year old ?

Yesterday's 'chance' was not a sitter. Was never going to go in from that angle, no matter who hit it.

PLEASE use eyes/brain combo before engaging keyboard from here on in :dunce:
