These are a sh!t post.Don’t list them in bulk then?
It’s not a hard process to list or share your ST. I did mine for Brentford during my Boxing Day dump.

His season ticket hasn’t actually been suspended, but the club has listed all remaining fixtures on the ticket exchange. Due to his difficulty in knowing which fixtures he can attend this isn’t a terrible scenario but for the fact he was planning on attending Brentford and Everton (might have been Arsenal actually) but they were sold. He only found out what was happening when he received email confirmation that his tickets had been bought, which came as quite a surprise to him.Apologies if this has been asked and dealt with already but has he had a response from the club as to the specific terms that they have undertaken the sales on his behalf?
My understand is this is only set out if a ST is suspended (which in their case it is)
As said apologies in advance but thread has been diluted somewhat!
There are I believe 3 separate people on here who are reporting a) 2 x not being to renew last year, b) having all remaining tickets listed for this yearThere isn't a rush "to take season tickets off people" . There is a reported issue of one season ticket holder on this thread - where it looks like their ticket has been suspended and several tickets being sold as a result - for reasons not explained.
THere is however more comms reminding users that - given demand - there are options for sharing and reselling your ticket if you can't make it - to prevent empty seats. There's also plenty of examples reported on here and by the club of away fans buying tickets and being removed from their seats.
There's no suggestion that Albion are going down a route of reducing the number of ST holders.
EDIT : Looks like ticket was sold - but not suspended - for reasons not explained. as per @DarrenFreemansPerm

Yes. there's a lot more comms around reminding users of attending games and sharing / selling your ticket if you can't attend and this might be unsettling, irksome. And of course there are always very justified , family, health, personal reasons for non attendance at any point and conversations with the club about that where presumably the club remind users of the 25% clause (which is about automatic non. renewal - not necessarily renewal itself. . I'd hope club are sympathetic when that happens. There are I believe 3 separate people on here who are reporting a) 2 x not being to renew last year, b) having all remaining tickets listed for this year
Add to this the must use 25% item being called out in emails now even to people who have had and used tickets for over 10 years and missed 1 game this year at late notice (e.g my son who was ill for 1 game this year)
It is "not being able to auto-renew". It may still be possible to renew online or by phone - but we don't know the discretionary criteria for renewal acceptance.Yes, I can see why they can do point a) not being able to renew as a minimum attendance is required to renew which is clearly stated in the T's and C's, I can't see where point b) is contractually stated though unless I've missed it...
Presumably he's followed up with the club? Has he had any response? His season ticket hasn’t actually been suspended, but the club has listed all remaining fixtures on the ticket exchange. Haven’t spoken to him for a couple of days, will message him later and see if anything has changedPresumably he's followed up with the club? Has he had any response?
It will be really interesting to see the club's reasoning because as others have pointed out, there doesn't appear to be anything in the various ticketing Ts&Cs that covers what they've done.Haven’t spoken to him for a couple of days, will message him later and see if anything has changed

There isn't , afaik, even in the case of @DarrenFreemansPerm (which the club still have to explain) , a rush to take peoples Season Tickets off them. but apols if i've missed them.

I had read there were over 1000 empty seats, on NSC, so didn’t think it was worthwhile.
Then it carried a veiled threat of the ticket not being up for renewal if I didn’t attend 5 matches.
I, personally, think Supporter Services could do better and revise their wording on their emails.
Maybe the FSA is an option for these 'customers'?This is what website says re ticket exchanging...You receive a refund on your ticket, less a small administration fee. You may list your ticket as many times as you wish per season (NB: season ticket holders must attend a minimum of 25% of matches to guarantee they retain their ticket the following season)
So as others have said with less than half season gone if ST holder has been to no games so far he/she can still easily make 25% of home games.

He failed to list twice, then either listed twice and attended four or listed three and attended three.Sorry if I missed this, but how many home league games has your friend attended this season?
There were eight home league matches before Brentford. If he failed to list his ticket twice, as I think I read, that leaves six.
So how many of those six did he go to?
I'll be honest... attending just 3 out of 8 doesn't look good, if that's the case. Most have been Sat 3pm too.He failed to list twice, then either listed twice and attended four or listed three and attended three.
Utd 12:30I'll be honest... attending just 3 out of 8 doesn't look good, if that's the case. Most have been Sat 3pm too.
BUT I definitely have some sympathy re: poor club communication.
Rules should be clearer. And club should male every effort to contact fans if they're being 'punished'.
Yeah, fair enough. 5 out of 8 were Sat, though. Not like they were moved to Fri or Mon nights.Utd 12:30
Forest Sunday 14:00
Spurs Sunday 16:30
City 17:30
Ston Friday 20.00
Palace Sunday 14.00
So 2 out of first 8 were Saturday 3pm
