Exactly how I heard it. Post above somewhere...Nicky Campbell or the anti Trump guest got it wrong then. They portrayed it as new gap emerging between MAGA/Trump and Musk.

I salute your dogged willingness to patiently debunk the illogic, nonsense and entitlement from some on this thread. No, that's not the spirit at all.
Albion aren't desperate for sales - unlike, say, a county cricket side.
Premier League football tickets are in-demand and high value.
Season ticket holders get a HUGE discount at Brighton. As I wrote elsewhere, a ticket for Wimbledon v Swindon in L2 last month cost more than Albion v Arsenal tomorrow.
And welcome to cheap burner phones, where mates check in for someone else, and the ticket doesn't get listed on the exchange. But STH already get up to 200 points which are ostensibly for attending home games. Perhaps the club should deduct points when home games are not attended by a STH!
As I have said there are now tickets available for every game. I see match day tickets are £70 in EU. Surely only tourist or occasional visitors can justify this. We have an ex Brighton resident staying for weekend who thought of going but baulked at price. There are over 520 tickets available for tomorrow on the exchange. Plus c30 lounge tickets at 140 to 165gbp
This will be a good test of demand /away fans ability to buy
But if a mate checks in for someone else, they won't be able to check in for themselves. And welcome to cheap burner phones, where mates check in for someone else, and the ticket doesn't get listed on the exchange.
What would the club do, sit down the following day and go through CCTV looking at every seat.
Good luck to those where the club are looking at their seats with 80 minutes on the game clock, early leavers banned for not attending.
“That’s my dream - an entirely sold-out empty room.”
Saw him do a warm up show in the Summer at the Lexington in London. He was the support for a band.Well played.
I saw Stewart's new show last night.
He's genius. (So I'm genius for liking him).
Any danger of keeping this even vaguely on topic?Saw him do a warm up show in the Summer at the Lexington in London. He was the support for a band.
Not sure if the debate about the pronunciation of the word ‘falafel’ would have remained in though.
Added bonuses - Miki from Lush and Letitia from Stereolab were there too.
Apologies.Any danger of keeping this even vaguely on topic?
Say it again.Absolutely nothing

I’ve already been asked, I’ve apologised and will stay on target in future. Please keep this off this thread. Thanks
There’s “off-topic”, then there’s this.
Not sure if this angle has been discussed before. But since being fortunate enough to be able to own 3 x 1901 season tickets, I no longer need my north stand one. But if I give it up, I lose all the loyalty points gained since the first day at the Amex, because the club won’t transfer loyalty points to another ticket. Absolutely no way am I giving those up, so it goes on the ticket exchange every game.
Feels like absolute madness to me, but I don’t see what my alternative is.
Do you get the same poxy email about ‘five games must be attended in person’ or does that not apply (if they’re in a company name)? Not sure if this angle has been discussed before. Do you really have to ask? Surely the point the club are making is that if you are passing your ticket on, don't pass it on to a dickhead. We all know you can't be responsible if your 'guest' does something completely out of character. However, if you give your ticket to someone who you know to be a pratt and, true to form they behave that way, don't be surprised if the club take action.I cannot go tomorrow so have transferred my ticket to a mate. He’s a BHAFC supporter (from Goldstone times) and it’ll be nicer for my son to have him next to him rather than some stranger.
So, I think this means I’m in the good books with the Club!!
But that bloody email about the attendees behaviour being my responsibility. He’s a BHAFC member, he’s 50+ and he’s easy going but he’s an individual with his own thought processes etc etc. How the bloody hell am I meant to be responsible for a father of two kids??
These patronising bastard emails from the Club.
Pretty certain but stand to be corrected that what he means by a burner phone is one linked to a season ticket that can be sold to anyone. The phone is given to them to go into the ground and then they either give it to someone inside the ground who is in on the scheme or they have to return to the person that sold them the 'ticket'. Maybe they have to leave a large cash deposit so they get it back when they return the phone! I believe that's how touts in the north do it.But if a mate checks in for someone else, they won't be able to check in for themselves.
They can only check in for themselves, after 'borrowing' the matchday ticket into their burner.
In the West upper entrance it would be impossible to check in twice.
Therefore I suspect your scenario where seats of early leavers are clocked as unused my be deemed unhelpful by the club.
My take is the club are contacting people by email if they are repeatedly not using their ST ('repeatedly' perhaps not yet with a settled definition), and may or may not be taking some action about what they consider persistent non attenders who neither list their ticket nor respond to emails.
And if a mistake has been made (emails going to trash for example) then I suspect the club are not well disposed to shirty phone calls especially if the complaint is not supported by evidence.
But I could be wrong, and this could be (i) club incompetence and high-handedness, or even (ii) a major conspiracy by fan-hating Bloom designed to dissuade ordinary working class men from attending matches. These are certainly a possibility.
I am sure a loyal lifelong supporter who has long-recognized what a nasty, selfish, sarcastic and condescending bastard I am, for not wholeheartedly backing (i) and (ii), will be along in a minute to clarify the issue.
I am thinking about the final game at the Goldstone and I’ve a slight feeling of trepidation.Do you really have to ask?
