Anyone on here planning to go to Carlisle away in September?

It is looking a nightmare.

Only one direct train in the morning which leaves London after 7am and gets there after 1pm.

No direct train back after the game.

Looks like the line is fecked somewhere.

Oh joy.

Cannot get over to Newcastle after the game to make the last one from there.

The last flight back is very tight from Carlisle. Sometime after 1900 and you can only get back to Newcastle station for 1855.

Also flying to Glasgow is very tight after the game.

Breaking the journey by staying over at a mates who lives in Leeds. Train to Leeds Friday, mate will drive from there to Carlisle and back, train back to Brighton on Sunday.

I am surprised you are not having more luck with your request for information on this one Uncle Buck. Because, before the fixtures came out, whenever Carlisle away was mentioned, everyone and their dog was on here, including a certain young boy who has admitted hes only made it to what was it 8 home games, saying that they would be going no matter when it was - day, night, August, February or May.

Funny that.
