Re: Vocal Away Support Today

Must admit to thinking that it was distinctively quiet today after our last outing at Ashton Gate, where we completely outsung them on the terraces.

Was stood on far side of away pen, by home fans who put us to shame from where I was.

Anyone else feel that it was quiet, considering the magnitude of the game?
???

Sounded like honours even on SCR, with both sets of fans making a helluva racket at times.

Given that Bristol had just beaten QPR and Plymouth at home I thought it a point was earned on saturday. we may have been defensive on saturday, but we did it well, I never thought we were going to lose, (mind you I didn't think we'd score either).

As for the atmosphere I thought it was excellent, in the corner we couldn't hear the city fans at all. I thought a shame that such a good stadium was wasted on such quiet fans. The only thing I could hear was that bloody drum, and he couldn't play that properly, where was the rhythm?

I was pessimistic on satruday morning, I was predicting a defeat, but we went out an got a valuable away point, and relatively comfortably too.
