Interesting Biden called Boris first

Clearly wanted to get in early with Brexit talks ongoing. Basically told him, f**k with Ireland and you can f**k off

Are you saying that you shouldn't discuss things that have happened? For example, what do you feel about the Eurosceptics who continued to bang on about the disadvantages of the EU after the British public had voted to remain? How are they different to the non-Eurosceptics who argue the advantages after the British public had voted to leave?

You carry on with your morbid fascination, most people have moved on except the EU loons like yourself and the other sad acts from team EU

Good to see you're reading my posts, you might learn something

Yeap, Biden had to have a quiet word with the blond buffon and reminded him to even talk about a US trade deal get one with Europe first.

Bloody Worthing!
How much more detail would you like? We have left the EU.

I think that the problem with Ppf's post - echoed by yours, a symptom of the same disease - is that the 'we are leaving and that's it' position is all you've got. Since (indeed before) the referendum the arguments for Brexit have imploded and been systematically dismantled one by one. The cupboard is now empty. This has been pointed out to you on this thread, sometimes with patience and through the use of evidence, sometimes through the trading of insults.

But even at this late stage, the games isn't up. This miserably incompetent government. led by a flawed, populist, liar who has broken Parliamentary conventions and international law (through intention), has a small window of opportunity to strike a deal that would be dreadful but still better than the catastrophe of the no deal route. So there's still a debate: it's not as simple as 'we've left, so there'.

Most of the Brexiteers who once inhabited this thread - some of whom at least tried to engage with the issues - have run for the hills, leaving Ppf to bleat on that we have left the EU. If that's the company you want to keep, then good luck to you. Unfortunately it's not just the likes of you and the Fairy that will be living with the consequences. Were this the case, we could simply wave you goodbye. As it is, we all have to enjoy the outcome of what you wanted.

what beats me is why they are so easily pleased. They haven't delivered on a single Brexit promise (see below) nor will they. Yet it's all cool with them. Why aren't they angry about that?

1. Yes, I am quite fascinated by the future of my country. I accept that you don't seem to be.
2. The post you were responding to was about discussing the subject. I accept that discussing is something you don't do. You never have. You just bark at the moon, like my dog, making inane little noises.
3. My post asked PotG a simple question. I don't suppose he will answer it so why don't you have a go? Prove you've got more brains than my dog.

One by one they have all disappeared over the past 4 years from this board, if it was going well they'd still be around reminding us the sunny uplands had arrived.

The biggest problem with Brexit is it was never compatible with reality. What's more the civil war inside the Tories still isn't over, the liars of Vote Leave at still very much at the heart of government sidelining much of their own party

The thing is that if you look at the poll above there are a lot of posters who are still active all over the rest of the Board but never express an opinion here. I'd be genuinely interested in their view of how it's going and what we now need to do to meet their expectations when they voted for Brexit ?

Sorry, I'm not picking on you, but yours are just a few names at random who voted leave on the poll. And that I recognise as being regular posters who post sensible stuff elsewhere (that I agree with) and I don't think I've fallen out with
