That's not a 'fact'; it's a prediction about the long-term by the OBR. An organisation that has been known to be wrong even when predicting short-term GDP growth figures (notably in 2014).

fear not, they have appointed a minister for Brexit benefits, got hs work cut out, I think he may only find 'happy British fish' but since he got richer off the back of Brexit failure and got every prediction wrong, i'm not sure he's the right man tbh
