The Daily Express has finally exploded into a storm of flying gammon and is running a second referendum

Brexit POLL: Should Boris scrap Brexit deal and renegotiate EU rules?

https://www.express.co.uk/news/politics/1395302/brexit-news-northern-ireland-protocol-brexit-rules-EU-michael-gove-article-16-boris-johnso

:laugh::lolol::laugh::lolol: :laugh::lolol: :rotlf:

Perhaps this is an opportunity for you to post up one of your famous polls asking the same, I think it would be fascinating to see the results, you’d need to start it on the main board though otherwise only a handful of posters would know about it?

The deal is done after 5 years of precision craftmenship from the Tory government.

If we decide to join the customs union the EU will talk, otherwise not sure if there isn't much to discuss.

Maybe an extra month or two settling in period for UK companies to set up in the EU, that will be about it

Chicken serious question. Is there anything Johnson has done in his handling of Brexit that you think could have done better?

Or has he pulled off a complete blinder throughout

Looks like British immigrants (sorry I meant expats) in Europe are going to have to discover foreign muck as British supermarkets start to look like something out of the cold war

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/ar...t-NO-custard-creams-Brexit-customs-chaos.html

But apparently everything is cool at Dover with 90% of usual vehicle movements, at least according to Govie and NSC leave parrots

Sadly the only custard creams onboard are trucks are the ones in the driver cabs about to be confiscated

Perhaps if those expats just shut their eyes and believe more ?

I know, just imagine what it things would have been like if he hadn't read the agreement he signed first...

Which has just reminded me of the last thread I started on the main board Warning of the totally foreseeable problems with the Irish Sea Border, 'Tariff-free trade' and fishing solution proposed 3 months ago

You even tried to take part in the discussion but couldn't actually come up with any contribution to viable solutions for the Irish Sea Border problem. I believe you left the debate saying were going to 'give a little more thought to it' .

Can I ask what you've come up with having had another 3 months to think ? ???

That depends on who owns the poll company and who they ask, though, doesn't it?

So I’m assuming the only poll you’ll believe are those owned by people that pass your ownership scrutiny and ask the people who give the right answer?

Can you give me an example of such a poll please?

I’m also anticipating a “I don’t trust any poll” response too.

And after being made to look foolish trying to discuss things you have no understanding of, you're not going to fall for that again

Which do you think should take highest priority ?

Sorting out the Northern Ireland protocol
Sorting out the export processes and regulations for exporters ?
Sorting out the problems of the Fishing Industry ?
Sorting out something (anything) for the Financial Services industry ?
Desperately trying to avoid discussing any aspect of Brexit on the Brexit thread ?

Oh and one of life’s great mysteries to me is why you waste time engaging with people like me who only look at, and post back on everything you have to say in the same way that punters turned up to Phineas Barnum’s freak shows [emoji6]
