I thought we gave them what they were entitled to already

Edit: we initially gave them 4,915 which was 200 over the 15% and now we have given them 1,000 more so almost 6,000

25k Albion
6k Chavs
Lots of WSU unavailable
Empty seats for security

Well done those builders, overnight we’ve s 35,000 seat stadium.

Is it allowed to be more than 15% ? Presumably there's a block in the South Stand that's empty as a division between home/away fans ? so not the full 4,915 capacity ?
I was just going by what Chelsea had said and the figures are what they quote so I assume they are correct - I imagine the home club can give what they want to the away club

Rough maths has c4,200 unsold, so we're probably looking at something like...

4,200 unsold
5,000 not on sale (complete guess, frankly)
6,000 Chelsea
31,700 - (4,200+5,000+6,000) =16,500 Albion fans

yep. ta. surprised its possible - i thought 15% was the upper limit - but yep they originally did say they had 4915 tickets so i guess they now have 5915 - ie: 18%

Whilst the WSU might not now be available, I would suspect many sth had already purchased their tickets so difficult to know how many are left in that area. Seem to remember for a previous game they withdrew tickets but at the match it was still more than half full.

If its goes to pens the only way you're back to Brighton by 11.15 is if you sprint to the station to beat the queue & are straight on a train. Adding up the 90 mins match, injury time, extra time, injury time on the extra time, the breaks in between all of those & the pens then it will finish just before 11 if i've done the math right. If there's any sort of queue or wait for a train it could easily be 11.45 or later back to Brighton i'd say, just in case there's a particular London bound train you're aiming for. Im in the same situation.
Yeah, 11.15/11.30 a bit optimistic.

After 23.23, there is just ONE train - the 00.02!

Good luck getting on that....

(that train is normally rammed anyway on a Sat night, with kidz returning from a night out in Brighton)

Yeah, it's a complete guess on what may have been withdrawn from both WSU and ESU.

A bit like the big FBS party on the beach that time. About 100,000 Londoners looked up the timetable and just sort of assumed they could stroll on to that last train 😀

And that 00.02 train is normally full anyway on a Sat night. Add a few thousand Chelsea fans, plus all the BHA fans who live on that route...

And if you're even going westbound as far as Worthing you've got (as per timetable) the choice of the 23:10, 23:40 or 00:10. Probably four carriages apiece. Then that's yer lot til 7am the following morning. Do you feel lucky, punk?

Just far enough away from LDC
I dont know if it's been said before but the poll results do seem to match the purchasing trajectory.
