Sorry can`t agree with that. In the context of this thread that is a sick pic to put up. It dosn`t say a thread full of mutilated war victims.

Hang on here, so it's alright to put people doing the Hitler salute, or put a picture with someone holding a gun to someone's head, but it's not ok to show the innocent victims of war?

I find the photo in question far less disturbing than the rest of the photos here.

You do need to see all sides of war, but by the same token you therefore need to appreciate that atrocities are committed by both sides, not just the ones that the News Of The World can sell papers about. Most of Lammy's images are of "middle eastern" people - there are none there of Western torture victims, and they are just as easy to find.

It's also very easy to sit here and tell people how bad war is without ever having been in a situation which requires you to see what it's like close up. Perhaps you could sit here and thank your lucky stars that you have the ability to sit here and criticise your leaders and voice your opinions. If you look hard enough, you can also find photos of Western Military Medics treating these people...depends how hard you want to look, doesn't it?
