[Albion] Crystal Palace vs Brighton & Hove Albion *** Official Match Thread ***

We can't deal with their intensity. The type of game where Bissouma would be breaking up the play and preventing their dominance. Hugely underwhelming so far. We need a random moment of quality.

[News] Food Poverty figures in Worthing

I think there is also an argument to be made around deliberate Government policy to stifle house building in order to push up prices; which in turn fuels growth. The obsession with Economic growth, with finite resources, as the measure of success has been hugely damaging to the lower paid and...

    [Albion] Team for Cardiff?

I fear a repeat of the Villa fiasco a couple of seasons back. Great experience for the youngsters, but eminently winnable trophy that we will likely go out of this evening. Fingers crossed I'm very wrong. Good luck lads

[Cricket] The 'Especially for Billy the Fish' 2nd Test Eng v India at Lords thread

Heading up to Lords for day 3, should be a full crowd and a great atmosphere - until play starts! Chances of England losing 17 wickets today - reasonable. Equally some stubborn resistance could see us perhaps end the day on parity.

[Brighton] Brighton Cat Killer Freak Jailed

Derranged scumbag. If you don't like cats, leave them alone. Pets are part of the family and beyond the cruelty to the animal itself it is also the knock on effect to their owners. Such a vile and unnecessary crime. Sometimes I find children annoying - I don't knife them for it!

    [Football] Grealish to City

He clearly has talent and is the Villa main man. That said I can't help but feel there is an element of Emperor's new clothes about him. Imagine if they properly used VAR - he'd be banned most of the season for simulation. I think he'd be a much better footballer if he tried to stay up, but...

Main Coronavirus / Covid-19 Discussion Thread

Other half confirmed Covid today. Only had bad cold symptoms, non of the classics. Delta seems to manifest in partially or fully vaccinated as a cold, but Gov't so far refusing to change symptoms needed to get PCR. We suspected Tuesday and taken until today to be certain. 37 billion well spent!

[Cricket] Seven members of the England ODI set-up test positive

We've got tickets for the ODI at Lords on Saturday. Intrigued as to which England players will on show. Get Jimmy and Broad in! Surely Robinson gets recalled immediately after his ban?

[Cricket] England vs.Sri Lanka 3rd ODI at Bristol

Pakistan should provide a sterner test next week. SL in transition, but even so they have been ridiculously weak in the batting dept. A lot of work to do there.

[Cricket] Middlesex v Sussex T20 Blast Bobbins today 1815hrs

Big ask for Travis Head to make a meaningful score based on performances so far. Hope it turns around for him but at present he makes Bopara last year look like Bradman!

[Cricket] England v Sri Lanka T20 Vitality Bobbins tonight 1830hrs

Cheemera is bowling brilliantly so far. You'd still fancy England but lose a couple more and squeaky bum time.

[Albion] Propper going back to PSV **Confirmed 23/06**

I think some people have been a bit harsh. Whilst Davy hasn't set the world alight he has produced solid performances on a regular basis, particularly under CH. He was a step up in quality from our Championship midfield and I can't help feeling we'd have got more out of him if we'd played him a...
