Both my mum and brother have coeliac disease and have to follow a strict gluten-free diet. The most useful resource they use is the book listed here:
Food and Drink Directory | Coeliac UK
Beer, lagers, stouts and ales contain varying amounts of gluten and are therefore not safe for people with...
Blimey! That must've been put together 5 or 6 years ago; I'm not sure I can even remember how to make a playlist. Cheers though. I think I shall have a tinker over the next few days and compile something a little more current.

I am sooo sick of this wet, windy, mild weather. I looked for signs of something colder or drier on the Met Office website:
UK Outlook for Thursday 10 Jan 2013 to Thursday 24 Jan 2013:
Rather unsettled weather is likely to persist during the first half of January, with further spells of wet and...
I can see neither the clips - blocked by Websense here at work - nor the Spotify list, ditto. But if Shrag are in the list I'll be checking this out when I get home.
I worked in record shops for 11 Christmases so am thoroughly sick with all of the same old crap which gets reissued and churned out every November.
This, on the other hand, is just superb:
Not sure if this will help much (my partner has the same issue and she hasn't been able to fix it), but at least you'll see you're not alone:

Look, you think you're sick that 'you know who' went to play for the Scum and seems to be doing very well for himself?
I live within 4 miles of Smellhurst, work with a bunch of Palarse f-wits, and happen to have a very similar name to our former (occasional) golden boy.
If he goes to Villa, or...
I used to contribute to Rigsby and Zonked, and whilst I didn't have any input to Tadpole, I knew Darren who was a top bloke. Did a single edition of my own zine - Nappysack - it's amazing how much effort it takes to put together 36 pages!
I'm guessing your username is a play on Los Crudos, the...
Aahh, Helen Love tweeted when Cardiff signed Nooney and I replied. When she re-tweeted my comment I was soooo chuffed; probably way more than was appropriate for a man my age.
This is one of my all time favourite emails. It was distributed to all employees where I work - FTSE100 company, about 450 staff in this office:
Afternoon All,
Has anyone taken a green apple from the fridge?
As I placed one in there this morning and now its gone.
Who ever has taken it; can...
I used to be a manager on the ‘Evening Workforce’ for a large insurance company in Hove. A lot of our staff would come in at 5.00 or 5.30 and work through till 9.00, sharing the desks that the day teams used. Being a manager, I’d get in at 1.00 and the amount of (generally jokey) vitriol that...
I was up early this morning for a meeting in Loughborough. The journey up from St Pancras was like travelling through a winter wonderland with a brand new Christmas Card setting every 2 or 3 minutes. I'm feeling ridiculously disappointed and saddened by the impending mild, wet and windy weather.
Any snow on Thursday will be very short-lived as temperatures will be in double figures by Friday. And it will be wet and windy and generally miserable. Gah!
Any of the forecasting crew got an indication of the weather for next week yet? I've got Mon, Tue and Wed off work; what's the betting...
