I’ve always found Dyche quite a interesting listen, and now found this as a podcast. Can’t sit and watch him for an hour, but will have a listen whilst I’m out for a walk around 11ish tomorrow.
Going for a long walk, perhaps I should borrow a dog....
Some of my household want to watch the funeral, but it doesn't interest me. I'm by no means anti-royal, I just don't want to watch a funeral on the telly.
I reckon I can make it up to the Dyke in about an hour, so that'll be me
I started watching but couldn’t get past the first 10 mins. Our player of the year, and up until a week ago our whole first team coaching staff in a different setting. Switched over to Man City v Dortmund
I had a volvo v50 for 3 years and really liked it, so looked at a V60. Listed as the same spec, but just didn't feel as loaded.
In the end I went with a Merc C200d Sport estate. It's basically a Peugeot 5-something or other, but far higher spec. It's a 1.6D, so economy is great, £30 a year road...
There no guarantee there was going to be a place for him within the new coaching team, so he’s taken a job within a team(not a club) where he has solid working relationships.
I’m sore that he’s gone, but I understand why he probably chose to go
Seeing that just char’s my heart.
Voted yes, simple choice. You want the best you can get, and those that you trust around you and that’s what he’s done.
As has been said, I think Potter will struggle with some of the egos he’ll have to manage, and this maybe where could come unstuck. If those...
Whoever it is, the club will have done their research and consider that person right for the job/club. I just hope they’re able to get it over the line quickly, to give that person as much time to understand how the team plays and get to know the players
I'm not sure why Roberto Martinez would look to leave his job as the manager of the number 2 ranked International team(according to FIFA), to come to lil ol Brighton
The interesting thing about Dyche was that things went tits up for Burnley a couple of years back because he tried to change their playing style, but the players weren't good enough at the time. In order to survive that season they went back to clogging.
I'm not sure he's the right fit for us...
