This, however a small exception, I think it is OK for a board member/investor/whatever to pay the salary up front.
The problem with many clubs is that their "bankroller" leaves (or runs out of cash) but they STILL have to pay wages that the income can't cover. This wouldn't be a problem if the...
As well as (up to) 8000 more fans, all those currently parking in Coldean/Moulsecombe will have to find an alternative route......hmm...
That said, the residents parking idea I assume is something they are "offering" and the local residents can object to that without causing an issue to the...
Been to a few games this season, next game I'm going to is the Millwall one (just bought ticket). Am I excited? Of course! :D
East stand too so will have done WSL, WSU, NS and E stand. Only South stand to go - may have to wait for next season when us home fans get seats there :D
As alluded to in one of the posts above, even if a link "looks" right, do not click it. For example...
www.halifax.co.uk
Doesn't link to www.halfax.co.uk but goes to http://www.im-gonna-scam-all-your-money.com - try it above.
Type in the address in the address bar or google search to see what...
Quite, the same with many players. They are PRICED at £xm, the value is whatever someone will pay for the player.
My car would probably fetch, for example, £7k. If I "value" it at £15k, the car isn't suddenly worth £15k, it's value is still £7k as that's what people will pay for it. No one will...
Other than the engine issue, is the car in good condition etc.? What car is it?
I *may* be better to fix but it could end up being a moneypit. It will still be worth some money (for spares) so don't just give it to the garage unless they offer some decent money for it.
Have the garage actually...
That image is from an angle so doesn't confirm one way or another. It could be 2 feet in front of the goal but 2 feet higher and it would "look" like it was over.
The only way to know for sure is to see it from in line with the goal.
But hey, if was over, then saints fans have to concede that...
I'm an optimist, I see it as a chance to see how far these development youngsters have come.
Inevitably, some will fail and people will say "I told you so, too soon" and some will excel and people will say "Why weren't we playing them earlier".......
What if I said I'm in London and wanted your number so don't need the 020 bit.
So you are wrong, however, as the chap said above, it's hard to care about it "that" much but where it's printed it should be correct (like correct usage of apostrophe's, now THAT'S a thread in itself :D)
Players "talent/form" is not always static (some grow and get better/worse). Brez (and Poke for that matter), now, may be much better than they were a year ago. Who knows, we're not there on the training ground so will have to wait and see.....
Maybe we'll have to get Vicente to hobble around :D
Anyway, this might not necessarily be a bad thing. The likes of Cook and development team players may step up earlier than anticipated but deliver and give us something new/alternative.
Think positive! :)
